Dream®

a paper
birch
with
exceptional
snow-white
bark,
marked
exfoliation
of
bark,
quality
dark
green
foliage
and
excellent
golden-yellow
autumn
foliage
coloration.
A noteworthy
stress-tolerant
selection
from
a Killdeer
Mountain
seed
source
in
western
North
Dakota,
Prairie
Dream®
is
excellent
grown
single
or
multi-trunked.
Resistant
to
bronze
birch
borer
attack
for
30
years
in
evaluations.
Semi-pyramidal
to
upright-oval
growth
habit,
becoming
broadly-oval
with
age.
Superior
adaptation
and
stress
tolerance
are
valuable
attributes
of
this
cultivar.
Available
in
the
commercial
nursery
trade.
This
tree
reaches
a semi-mature
height
of
35
to
45
feet
in
25
to
30
years.
