'ND2039' Corn Inbred (RFP-256)

'ND2039' is a unique male maize inbred line for hybrid seed production and for breeding programs developing very early maturing hybrids with excellent vigor and above average grain filling properties. This line has derived from our program integrating recurrent selection genetic improvement with inbred line development. It carries very short-season plants with good staygreen properties. This line was developed as parent for <70 relative maturity hybrids.

'ND2033' Corn Inbred (RFP-250)

'ND2033' is a unique female maize inbred line for hybrid seed production and for breeding programs developing very early maturing hybrids with above average vigor and grain filling properties. This line has derived from our program integrating recurrent selection genetic improvement with inbred line development. It carries short-season plants with very good staygreen properties. This line was developed as parent for <80 relative maturity hybrids. 

'ND2032' Corn Inbred (RFP-249)

'ND2032' is a unique double purpose maize inbred line for hybrid seed production and for breeding programs developing very early maturing hybrids with excellent vigor and above average grain filling properties. This line has derived from our program integrating recurrent selection genetic improvement with inbred line development. It carries short-season plants with very good staygreen properties. This line was developed as parent for <85 relative maturity hybrids with increased genetic diversity.

'ND2024' is a new and unique maize inbred line with excellent vigor and large ears that was developed as parent for 90 relative maturity hybrids.

'ND2022' is a new and unique maize inbred line with excellent vigor and fast dry down that was developed as parent for <80 relative maturity hybrids.

'ND264' Corn Inbred (RFP-213)

'ND264' usually produces medium-height plants with ears well below the midpoint of the stalk. Plants have medium-long, wide leaves and large tassels. Ears with 14 to 18 rows of medium weight, deep kernels are borne on medium-long shanks.

'ND252' Corn Inbred (RFP-212)

'ND252' is a yellow dent inbred line developed in the corn improvement project. ND252 typically produes medium short plants with ears borne a little above mid-plant. Plants have short, wide leaves and medium sized tassels. Long, slender ears have 10 to 14 rows of shallow kernels borne on medium long shanks. This variety demonstrated very good GCA effects for low ear moisture and near average effects for yield, root lodging, and stalk lodging.

'ND250' Corn Inbred (RFP-211)

ND250 is a yellow dent inbred line developed in the corn improvement project. This variety had above average shelling percentage and kernel depth, but had shorter than average ears. Plants have large tassels, long, medium wide leaves and tend to be prolific.

'ND2020' Corn Inbred (RFP-203)

'ND2020' is a new and unique and vigorous short-season maize inbred line that was developed as parent for <85 relative maturity hybrids. 

'ND2019' Corn Inbred (RFP-202)

'ND2019' is a new and unique maize tropical derived short-season inbred line that was developed as parent for <85 relative maturity hybrids. It was developed through the NDSU EarlyGEM Project.

'ND2018' is a new and unique maize tropical derive short-season inbred line that was developed as parent for <85 relative maturity hybrids. It was developed through the NDSU EarlyGEM Project.

'ND2017' Corn Inbred (RFP-200)

'ND2017’ is a new maize inbred line that was developed as parent for 95 relative maturity hybrids. 

'ND2016' Corn Inbred (RFP-199)

'ND2016' is a new and unique maize inbred line that was developed as parent for <85 relative maturity hybrids. This line was developed through the NDSU EarlyGEM program and behaves mostly as nSS but could work for both heterotic groups.

'ND290' Corn Inbred (RFP-193)

'ND290' is a new maize inbred line that was developed as parent for 80 relative maturity outstanding hybrids. This line was optioned for evaluation to industry due to its potential to develop outstanding short hybrids in multi-environment hybrid trials. Inbred trials have shown this line to be a semi-dwarf type early maturing line.

'ND47' Corn Inbred (RFP-192)

'ND47' is a new maize inbred line that was developed as parent for 90 relative maturity outstanding hybrids. This line was exclusively optioned for evaluation to industry in hybrids due to its potential to develop outstanding hybrids in multi-environment hybrid trials. Inbred trials have shown this line to be an excellent male with vigorous plants.

This line was exclusively optioned for evaluation to industry across heterotic groups due to its potential to develop outstanding hybrids in multi-environment hybrid trials. Inbred trials have shown this line to be an excellent female with extremely vigorous and tall plants.

'ND400' Corn Inbred (RFP-176)

'ND400' is a yellow-dent line that has demonstrated to exploit a unique hybrid combination (not tested before) with a Stiff Stalk industry tester under challenging short-season environments.

'ND2001' Corn Inbred (RFP-151)

'ND2001' maize inbred line is a yellow-dent line that was developed for use as parents and/or germplasm sources for 85 to 95 relative maturity hybrids. It has the potential to produce early-maturing hybrids with above-average grain yield. This line is adapted to the northern and western fringes of the northern U.S. Corn Belt and was developed from genetically broad-based maize improved populations.

'ND2003' Corn Inbred (RFP-149)

'ND2003' maize inbred line is a yellow-dent line that was released due to its potential to produce early-maturing hybrids with excellent specific combining ability for grain yield. This line is adapted to the northern and western fringes of the northern U.S. Corn Belt and was developed from genetically broad-based maize improved populations.

'ND2005' Corn Inbred (RFP-147)

'ND2005' is a maize inbred line that was developed for use as a parent for 70 to 80 relative maturity hybrids. It has the potential to produce very early maturing hybrids with average grain yield and above-average test weight and stalk lodging resistance in the northern fringes of the northern U.S. Corn Belt.

'ND2006' Corn Inbred (RFP-146)

'ND2006' is a maize inbred line that was developed for use as a parent for 70 to 80 relative maturity hybrids. It has the potential to produce early-maturing hybrids with low grain moisture at harvest and above-average grain protein concentration. This line is adapted to the northern and western fringes of the northern U.S. Corn Belt.

'ND2000' Corn Inbred (RFP-112)

Another yellow-dent maize inbred developed at North Dakota State University, which was released on February 15, 2002. This inbred has potential to produce early hybrids with high grain yield, low grain moisture at harvest, high test weight, and very good stalk and root lodging resistance in the northern Corn Belt. 'ND2000' is a vigorous line that has above average resistance to early infection of eyespot.

'ND291' Corn Inbred (RFP-111)

A yellow-dent maize inbred line developed at North Dakota State University,' ND291' was released February 15, 2002, because of its potential value as germplasm source in pedigree-selection breeding programs for the northern Corn Belt. ND291 is a vigorous line with above average seedling emergence percentage in cold soils. It has a medium, green plant color and plants have a tendency to develop more than one ear.

'ND278' Corn Inbred (RFP-20B)

'ND278' is an early-season field-corn inbred. It is adapted to northern areas of the US corn belt. Hybrids with this inbred as a parent produce high yield for maturity ratios when grown in North Dakota.
