Unique Conductive Ink Compositions for Microelectronic Devices

RFT-182

This technology is a UV-curable, thermoplastic, conductive ink with zero/near zero amounts of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).  The elimination of VOCs in the manufacture of microelectronic devices is highly desired due to costs associated with safety equipment, containment and disposal of compounds.  The inks of this invention are ideally suited for screen printing interconnections and thermally bonding components in microelectronic devices.
