'Traill'
'Traill' was released by NDSU in 1997. Classed as Grp 0.00, Traill is similar to Agassiz and 8 days later than McCall. Height is similar to Agassiz. It has purple flowers, tawny (brown) pubescence, brown pods and large yellow seeds with intermediate seed coat lustre and yellow hila. 'Traill' has good seedling vigor, iron chlorosis tolerance and excellent recovery from saturated soil water conditions. It has no major genes for phytophthora resistance.
